Chris Bosnyak was called to be the Pastor of PBBC on September 25, 2017. On October 1 st , the following Monday evening, he accepted the call and plans were underway to move from Connecticut to Walton, NY. Chris received his BA in Pastoral Studies in 1988 from Maranatha Baptist University, and then earned his Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Studies in
1993 from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary. He was Licensed to Preach the Gospel in 1996 and Ordained for Gospel Ministry in 2014. Prior to his formal education, came the gracious call of Christ for salvation and service. At age 11, Chris understood the Gospel Message and believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. Growing in his new faith and being mentored in his walk with Christ, at age 14, God called him into the Ministry through the preaching of a Sunday evening sermon about the life of David. Chris was challenged and convicted by the Spirit of God to be like David, “a man after God’s
own heart”. From that moment forward, he sought the Lord’s direction in order to fulfill his calling.

Today Pastor Chris serves the congregation through the ministry of the Word and Prayer with a vision to see the church grow by the grace of God and for the glory of Christ. He also serves on the Teaching Faculty for the Northeast School of
Theology and Ministry (NSTM) “Pastors Training Next Generation Pastors”.
